Pia Buick – the Principal and Licensed Agency Owner has 12 years experience in real estate sales across the Hinterland including residential, commercial and farming properties.  Pia successfully ran her own businesses prior to entering the real estate industry and her extensive experience in facilitating negotiations ensures that the highest possible price is achieved for every seller’s property.  Establishing the Agency in 2004, Pia is one of the few agents operating locally who has undertaken and secured full qualifications in all of the most recent legislative changes affecting the industry under the Property Agents & Motor Dealers Act 2000. She has also committed to the REIQ Continuing Professional Development program ensuring the office is an ‘Accredited Agency’

Damian Green – joined our agency on March 1, 2010.  Damian has been a local resident for the last five years after deciding to leave the rat race for a beautiful Maleny ‘tree change’.   After working in the Unlisted Commercial Property Sector (Funds Management) for many years and responsible for Capital Raising / Investor Relations with over 700 private clients, Damian’s transition to local Real Estate was conducive to his skills and lifestyle.  Damian has held his Real Estate Salesperson Certificate for 15 years and has had an active involvement in residential property development, property research and buying and selling.

The office support team of Kate Woolston and Beth Webster are both professionally trained in real estate administration, have exceptional customer service backgrounds and bring with them wide-ranging and extensive skills. Kate has completed her sales certificate and having lived most of her life in Maleny, has a wealth of local knowledge. Beth has returned to Maleny after a 25 year absence, having worked as an employment consultant for the past five years and previously Assistant to an MP. Beth is loving life in Maleny once again and feels she is here to stay this time! Both Kate and Beth are very enthusiastic about assisting our salespeople to find the right properties for buyers and doing all they can to help our sellers through the sales process.
